Got Stamina? How to Last All Night
There’s all manner of places and ways to make love that lend themselves to being exciting and pleasurable. Maybe it’s the thrill of becoming part of the Mile High Club or the adrenaline rush of having sex in a public place. Or opening up the ‘fridge and doing your best Nine and 1/2 Weeks impression. Surely there are an infinite number of places and ways to add that little extra spice to your lovemaking arena.
But nothing beats having a long and romantic sexual evening together with your loved one. Taking it slowly, one step at a time. Savoring every moment and every second of the sexual exploration process that the two of you will partake in.
Choose an evening when you will be undisturbed and do not have anything important scheduled for the next morning. Then, the best way is to start by having a romantic candle-lit dinner. A light dinner is advised or perhaps just having a light dessert. When finished, head off to a warm shower together, soaping and scrubbing one another. Gently towel each other off and go to your favorite lovemaking nest. Proceed to give each other a massage, making special note of each others skin. Look for little scars and moles, things that make yourselves unique. Don’t forget to massage the feet and the scalp. Truly make a note of what you feel with your fingers, what you see with your eyes, and what you smell with your nose. Then move onto oral sex. Then onto intercourse. Back to oral sex. Back to intercourse. Etc. Whatever you and your partner enjoy the most, take it slowly and unrushed. Relish every moment of the experience.
Of course, the only way you will be able to enjoy a full evening of lovemaking is by being able to stay erect and to control your orgasm. If you ejaculate after 15-minutes or so, and unless you are multi-orgasmic, the sexual evening will come to a screeching halt.
By developing strong sexual stamina, you will be able to please your partner all night long. For most men this seems to be an anomaly that they can’t comprehend. But it is possible to last for hours without reaching orgasm. One simple way to start to develop this ability is by holding off your orgasm when you are about to ejaculate. Get to the point where you are about to explode and then back off. This helps strengthen your ability to last longer and control your orgasm at will.
Of course, you have to have the right tools for the job, too. By developing a large and strong penis, you will be able to please your partner even more.
How To Find Her G-spot And Give Her Multiple Orgasms
All females have a G-spot, but not everybody responds to G-spot stimulation in the same way. If stimulated properly, this tiny spot can give multiple orgasms and increase the intensity of the orgasms. The biggest challenge in stimulating the G-spot is locating it.
Location of G-Spot
It is usually about two inches inside the vagina towards the belly, right behind the pubic bone. The G-spot corresponds to spongy tissue that is wrapped around the urethra. For some females, stimulation of the G-spot can make them ejaculate. G-spot becomes more firm with blood and other fluids when stimulated. You’ll know when you hit the G-spot by the distinctive sensation it creates. The texture of the G-spot feels somewhat bumpy and is noticeably different than the smooth walls of the vagina.
Locating where the G spot is difficult if you’re not turned on because part of this sexual exploration takes place first in the mind. G-spot varies a lot, you’ll just have to experiment. Some women like rhythmic pressure on the G-spot from a curved toy and some like the partner’s fingers stroking the G-spot during cunnilingus. The first step in finding it is to get turned on. During arousal, the spongy tissue swells with fluid. Now insert your finger into your vagina and curve your finger up towards the belly. Your fingers may be too short, in which case, try a curved sex toy. Try various degrees of pressure and a range of motions. But make no mistake about it, it does exist. If you reach an orgasm, so be it but don’t be frustrated if you don’t.

In case, you’re completely unaware of these infections, they are a type of sexually transmitted disease, which are pretty common nowadays. The individuals who’re afraid of these warts and not interested to discuss the matter with a doctor, should know about the actual appearance of these warts. However, you must not forget the fact that the appearance of these warts may vary considerably from person to person, depending upon the period of the infection.

Moving Throughout the Day
After a conversation with a client the other day, I’ve decided to make this short and sweet and explain the importance of keeping your body moving throughout the day.
Lots of common problems nowadays tend to be caused by a lack of movement.
Unless you remember an exact time when you got an injury, or know how it came about (i.e. you fell over/twisted an ankle etc.), chances are it’s been a long time coming.
Unfortunately, due to modern society, most people spend in excess of 8 hours a day sitting down. They get up, sit and eat breakfast, sit on the train/bus or in the car to get to work, often sit at a desk all day, then drive/bus/train home to sit down for dinner and for a bit of TV.
Obviously there are exceptions, but most people (even the busiest mums) find time to watch a bit of TV.
Well spending this much time seated, means a lot of your muscles are either pulled taught, or left on slack.
Your body doesn’t like slack muscles, so if they’re like it for enough of the time it will start to “wind them in”, pulling them tight (such as your hip flexors when seated).
Then, when you stand up straight, these tight muscles get pulled tighter, and they’ll pull your joints with them to avoid being stretched.
Again, using the hip flexors as an example, this means these muscles will literally pull your pelvis forward, causing a tilted pelvis, leading to an increased lumbar arch and general poor posture.
Mix this with all of the other muscles that get tightened due to prolonged periods of sitting down and you’ve got some major postural problems!
So how can you avoid/counter this?
Well the best way to correct these muscle imbalances is with a personalised correctional exercise programme consisting of strengthening exercises for the weaker, stretched muscles, and stretching exercises for the tight muscles, as well as some mobility exercises to keep the joints moving and healthy.
But that’s for another time – consult with your local fitness expert if you’re interested in getting a programme written.
For now, you can start to reverse these effects, or at least prevent them from getting any worse by performing some simple exercises throughout the day – avoiding sitting without moving for long periods of time.
The added bonus of this is that it will give your brain a bit of a rest from work too, meaning you’ll come back refreshed and able to work better anyway.
So,
Step 1
Get yourself a timer, either use a kitchen timer, a watch with a countdown timer, or look for an online-stopwatch (Google this) and get a free countdown timer which you can leave running on your computer while you work.
Step 2
Set the timer to 50 minutes. You can set it to whatever time you want, but 50 minutes seems to be the best as it’s long enough to get a good portion of work done uninterrupted, but you won’t be sat still for too long.
Step 3
When the timer goes off after 50 minutes, get up out of your seat and do something!
This could be something as simple as a few full body exercises (Squats, lunges, twists and bends), some stretches for the muscles that are tight, or even just spending 5 minutes walking around the office.
If you can do this consistently every hour, every day, you will be keeping your body moving and prevent further imbalances occurring or getting worse.
Another great Timer that I highly recommend can be found on my website or on my blog (just Google “markonefitness”)

Men: Stay Healthy at Any Age
Your Checklist for Health
What can you do to stay healthy and prevent disease? You can get certain screening tests, take preventive medicine if you need it, and practice healthy behaviors.
Top health experts from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force suggest that when you go for your next checkup, you should talk to your doctor or nurse about how you can stay healthy no matter what your age.
The most important things you can do to stay healthy are:
- Get recommended screening tests.
- Be tobacco free.
- Be physically active.
- Eat a healthy diet.
- Stay at a healthy weight.
- Take preventive medicines if you need them.
Screening Tests for Men: What You Need and When
Screening tests can find diseases early when they are easier to treat. Health experts from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force have made recommendations, based on scientific evidence, about testing for the conditions below. Talk to your doctor about which ones apply to you and when and how often you should be tested.
- Obesity: Have your body mass index (BMI) calculated to screen for obesity. (BMI is a measure of body fat based on height and weight.) You can also find your own BMI with the BMI calculator from the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute at: http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/.
- High Cholesterol: Have your cholesterol checked regularly starting at age 35. If you are younger than 35, talk to your doctor about whether to have your cholesterol checked if:
- You have diabetes.
- You have high blood pressure.
- Heart disease runs in your family.
- You smoke.
- High Blood Pressure: Have your blood pressure checked at least every 2 years. High blood pressure is 140/90 or higher.
- Colorectal Cancer: Have a test for colorectal cancer starting at age 50. Your doctor can help you decide which test is right for you. If you have a family history of colorectal cancer, you may need to be screened earlier.
- Diabetes: Have a test for diabetes if you have high blood pressure or high cholesterol.
- Depression: Your emotional health is as important as your physical health. If you have felt “down,” sad, or hopeless over the last 2 weeks or have felt little interest or pleasure in doing things, you may be depressed. Talk to your doctor about being screened for depression.
- Sexually Transmitted Infections: Talk to your doctor to see whether you should be tested for gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia, or other sexually transmitted infections.
- HIV: Talk to your doctor about HIV screening if you:
- Have had sex with men since 1975.
- Have had unprotected sex with multiple partners.
- Have used or now use injection drugs.
- Exchange sex for money or drugs or have sex partners who do.
- Have past or present sex partners who are HIV-infected, are bisexual, or use injection drugs.
- Are being treated for sexually transmitted diseases.
- Had a blood transfusion between 1978 and 1985.
- Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm. If you are between the ages of 65 and 75 and have ever smoked (100 or more cigarettes during your lifetime), you need to be screened once for abdominal aortic aneurysm, which is an abnormally large or swollen blood vessel in your abdomen.
Daily Steps to Health
